2. Data processed
The contact form processes name or company, email address, optional phone number, subject or service, message, language, consent, date and time. A testimonial also includes the service used, feedback and publication permission.
The web server may process necessary technical data such as IP address, time, requested page, browser and transfer status. The form application does not store complete IP addresses. If rate limiting is activated later, only a value that cannot be directly attributed to a person is used for no more than one hour.

4. Recipients
Data is disclosed only when necessary for an enquiry or assignment, required by law or authorised. Recipients may include specialist partners and IT, hosting and email providers. Personal data is not sold.
5. Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to an assignment are generally deleted no later than 24 months after communication ends, unless longer retention is necessary. Contract and accounting records follow statutory periods. Approved testimonials remain until permission is withdrawn or the publication purpose ends.
6. Forms and email
A strictly necessary session protects the form against misuse. Messages are transmitted by email. Do not send passwords, PINs, approval codes or e-banking access details.
7. Analytics and external services
This version uses no visitor analytics, advertising trackers or embedded social-media or map services. Only session cookies required for form and diagnostic security are used.
8. Rights
Subject to applicable law, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, release or transfer of their data, object to processing and withdraw consent for the future. A complaint may be submitted to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.
9. Security and changes
TranConServ takes appropriate technical and organisational measures. This notice may be updated when the website, services or law change.
